Is a Non-Governmental Organization, Non-profit making and does not engage itself in politics and endeavors to fulfill its objectives in the best interests of the community. It is founded by young people for young people in the belief that youth have the power to transform the nation into a better place. They also have the ability to lead their fellow citizens into the right direction. Youths are fighters. They fight for an identity in society, equality, the homeless, bullying, unemployment, exploitation, poverty and other problems which the world faces today. They are aspiring doctors, entrepreneurs, scientists, and they are our future, CEO’s, ministers and next presidents of our country.
Founded in 2016, Vijana Inspiring Foundation was formerly known Vijana Assembly.

Tanzania National Youth Assembly
Tanzania National Youth Assembly (TNYA), was the first programme by Vijana Inspiring Foundation founded in April 2016 that focused on bringing youth, women and PWDs together regardless of their backgrounds, providing them opportunity to learn, network and increase their capacity to realize their fullest potential.

Since 2016, VIF has been coordinating TNYA through different regions in Tanzania such as Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza and Morogoro, providing opportunities to thousands of young people from different regions in Tanzania and East Africa to learn unique skills that foster their creativity capacity.
From 2023, VIF will be hosting TNYA at its offices in Losimingori village, Monduli Arusha Tanzania, empowering and motivating villagers to creates lasting solutions for the current pressing challenges facing such as ensuring Access to Clean water, Developing solutions for adapt Climate Change, Promoting agriculture especially Permaculture and fostering Entrepreneurship.
For the first time, Tanzania National Youth Assembly under VIF will host, celebrate and award the best champions of Rain Water Harvest in rural areas through a competition called “Tanzania Water Cup Award”, a new designed campaign that aim to inspire, motivate, educate local villagers to actively contribute their free labor, resources and time to builds their own ponds (dams) at their own areas/farms to harvest rainwater, planting trees that will help to increase access to water, fight droughts, healing the land, promoting permaculture and sustainable agriculture.
The winners shall be awarded a cash money prize to inspire others to take more actions that will help to climate change adaptation.
In 2023, Tanzania Water Cup Award competition will start from 1 October (1-10-2023) to December 8 (8-12-2023).
Tanzania National Youth Assembly (TNYA ) will be conducted on 21-23 December, 2023 for learning and Tanzania Water Cup Award Ceremony (22 December 2023), at our office (Maasai Community Center), Losimingori, Monduli, Tanzania.
